Use one of these two methods:

1. Download and print our Membership Application form, and our Payment Form (if you wish to pay for additional services). Complete the relevant form(s), and send with payment to:

2. Purchase a membership through our PayPal/VirtueMart online store. During the process, you will also fill out a detailed registration form, and you will be reminded to renew your membership when expiration is near. The details of your purchase, including the username and password you select, will be emailed to you upon successful registration.
