The clubhouse is only available for rental to AYC members (costs listed below). Members are responsible to ensure the safety of the guests and the facility as well as to be considerate of the neighbors.
Requests for rentals must be confirmed through the rental coordinator before application and payment is sent.
$175.00 rental fee for 50 or fewer guests
$200.00 rental fee for 51 to 100 guests (100 guest limit)
$100.00 daily weekday rental fee from Monday-Thursday
$375.00 rental fee for wedding
In addition, all renters must provide a $100.00 refundable damage deposit and a $60.00 cleaning fee refundable if self cleaning is satisfactory upon inspection

Here are the steps to rent the AYC clubhouse:

Contact the rental coordinator (Sue DeGroot, 207.650.2083) to confirm the date and time
Fill out and send in the Rental Agreement form (see below)
Send in all 3 separate checks for the rental, damage deposit and clean up fee
